This is the first Apt Community I've lived in that actually takes care if the Landscaping!! It's a beautiful place to live and the Maintenance Crew is wonderful. If you call for service it's usually handled same day if not the very next day and they are always very courteous. I'm beyond happy living here!!

The staff are wonderful to work with, the community is very well maintained. Every once and a while there are cool little events they put on in the office building, like treats on holidays or a movie night. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and are kind when I've interacted with them. All in all a good experience

Friendly staff, they address problems quickly. I've had no issues here, maintenance gets the job done when you need something fixed. I've been here for 3 years and plan on renewing my lease. It's conveniently located near 94 as well as multiple grocery stores, gas stations, and more. The features are huge, like the pool and gym are small, but not many use the gym and the pool doesn't overcrowd. Ground crew does a good job keeping things together, overall a decent, quiet place to live. They even
