I've lived at Drawbridge for about a year now and I've just renewed my lease for another year. The complex is kept clean and tidy inside(the carpet in my hallway was cleaned twice last year and freshly painted) and the grounds are well kept. Snow plowing and salting was done quickly when needed. The office and maintenance staff are very cooperative and always helpful-Thank you Drawbridge for making my apartment living experience wonderful!!

The apartments are very nice and the surrounding outside landscaping is beautiful and clean. It's close to shopping. They have a very nice Clubhouse that you can rent they have a gym that is very nice they also have something that I have not had the pleasure of trying -they have a heated pool that's open for most of the year.

I've been at Drawbridge Apartments for the last 5 years and I must say the management staff is great, the maintenance staff is great; whenever you call the office they always have the information that you need when you call about fixing something in your apartment the maintenance staff comes immediately. I have no problems and my building is quiet and clean.
